株式会社アニーヴは2017年12月に創業しました。 メーカーの代理店事業からスタートした当社ですが、 自社のオリジナルブランドを展開したり、インフルエンサーとの提携を 進めたりと新たな事業の拡大を進めています。

Aniiv Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2017. Our company started from the manufacturer’s agency business, and we are expanding new businesses by developing our own original brand and promoting the building of alliances with influencers.

Brand planning and development (D2C) business
アニーヴ独自のブランドとして、0ベースで商品の企画・開発を行い、広告・プロモーション、販売に至るまで、一貫して展開しています。カテゴリーとしては、スポーツブランドなど、皆様の暮らしを彩る製品が中心です。Amazonや楽天市場といった大手ECモールを主な販売チャネルとしており、最近ではクラウドファンディングの活用も進めています。ブランドを運営するうえで大切にしているのは、手厚い返品対応やレビューへの傾聴など、お客様に寄り添う姿勢です。D2Cならではのコミュニケーションを活かし、より高い顧客満足度の追求に尽力しています。
As a unique brand of Aniiv, we are conducting one stop end to end business from planning and developing of the products from sketch, advertising, promotion and sales. The categories mainly focus on the products that add color to your life, such as sports brands. Our main sales channels are major EC malls such as Amazon and Rakuten, and we have recently been promoting the use of crowdfunding. While operating the brand, we take importance on being considerate of customer’s feelings with courteous response to product returns request and listening to the reviews. We are committed to pursuing higher customer satisfaction by making use of communication unique to D2C.

メーカー様の商品の販売を、代理店としてお引き受けします。日本国内外を問わず、幅広いクライアント様とのお取引を進めています。海外の企業様であれば、日本における知的財産権の手助けをすることも可能です。（例：商標権取得）正規のパートナーとして契約を結び、商品の販売をお任せいただくことで、さまざまなコストを抑えつつ、日本の国内市場へと展開することができます。販売の代行だけでなく、日本国内向けのホームページやSNSの運用、プレスリリースの配信やインフルエンサーによるPRなども請け負っており、日本語による幅広いサポートをご提供しています。
We undertake the sale of the manufacturer’s products as an agent. We have been promoting the transactions with a wide range of clients in Japan and overseas. We can also provide support for overseas companies to acquire intellectual property rights in Japan. (Example: Acquisition of trademark rights). By concluding a contract to be our legitimate partner and entrusting us the sale of products, you can enter Japanese domestic market while controlling various costs. In addition to serving as a sales agency, we also undertake the operation of homepages and SNS for Japan domestic market, the distribution of press releases and PR by influencers, and provide a wide range of support in Japanese.

インフルエンサーの方のオリジナルグッズの販売を代行するサービスです。『ブランド企画・開発事業』と『代理店事業』のノウハウを駆使して、グッズの企画から製品化、販売まで、一貫して当社がお引き受けします。インフルエンサーの方には、商品に関する情報発信のみを担っていただく形となります。何度も同じ商品のPRを行うことで、ファンの方々の信頼性を損ねてしまうという、従来のインフルエンサーマーケティングのネックを解消しました。インフルエンサーと当社、そしてファンの皆様、それぞれにプラスの作用をもたらす、Win-Win-Winの関係性を追求しています。
It is a service that sells original goods for influencers on their behalf. With making full use of the know-how of “brand planning/development business” and “agency business”, we provide one stop end to end services from planning of the goods to commercialization and sales. Influencers are only responsible for disseminating information about products. We have eliminated the traditional bottleneck of influencer marketing that used to damage the credibility from fans by promoting the same product repeatedly. We are pursuing a win-win-win relationship that brings a positive effect on influencers, our company and our fans.
